Conceived and curated by Ad Hoc Art, the Welling Court Mural Project has been transforming Welling Court and its neighboring blocks in Astoria, Queens for the past decade. Featured above are the works of See One and Hellbent who once again shared their talents with us in this community-driven project. The 3rd edition of Street Art Expo NYC took place yesterday afternoon at the Elks Lodge in Elmhurst, Queens. Visitors had the opportunity to meet dozens of artists and vendors and to purchase an amazing array of urban art in different media — from stickers to huge canvases. A Fusion of Styles in the Bronx: Shiro, Deem, Rubin415, King Bee, Logek, Obey, Phetus, Indie184, Cope2, Free5, AM, Sen2, Sand One & MSK

Few NYC walls successfully fuse as many distinct styles and sensibilities as those up in the Bronx. Among these is the huge wall on Boone Avenue in the West Farms district.  East meets West; graffiti couples with street art and comic art merges with folk art. Here are a few images:
