On view through August 9 at Dorian Grey Gallery in Manhattan’s East Village is an eclectic array of stencil-based compositions spanning 35 years. New works by the legendary French stencil artist Blek Le Rat – whose rats first surfaced on the streets of Paris in 1981 – can now be seen at the Quin on West 57th Street and on the streets of our city.
